Ways to unblock websites
Here are the list for unlocking websites to your country.
Web proxies.
Web proxies are probably the most popular and easiest way to unblock websites. In layman’s terms, a proxy server is a server that sits between you and the site you are accessing. Instead of connecting directly to the blocked website, you connect to the proxy server, then the proxy connects to the website. Some of the most popular proxy sites are HideMyAss.com, Hidedoor and Turbohide
Use a VPN.
A Virtual Private Network, or a VPN as it’s commonly known, is basically like a tunnel. Rather than connecting to a website in the normal way, a VPN tunnels under the network, thereby hiding the traffic that passes through it. The main benefit this offers over a web proxy is that it’s far more secure because the traffic is encrypted., even you ISP can’t see what you’re doing. Translation services.
This is a cool little trick of making it look like you’re visiting Google rather than the blocked website. Head over to Google Translator, choose any random language to translate from, even if the page you want to visit is in English, choose to translate from another language like Spanish or French. Now choose to translate to English, then type the website address into the box. Google will now show you the blocked site.
Use Google cache.
Go to Google.com, then in the search box, type cache: before the address of the blocked website. So if for example http://theanontutorials.blogspot.com was blocked, you would type cache:http://theanontutorials.blogspot.com
Use Web2Mail.
Web2Mail is a free service that allows you to send web pages to your email address.
Use the Website’s IP address instead of the URL.
To find out the website’s IP address, type cmd in the search box of the Start Menu to open the command prompt, then just type ping www.thesiteaddress.com (obviously you replace thesiteaddress with the address of the blocked website).

I was surfing and found this blog it is very informative but at the same time I come to know that I can access any block site by using this link. I just opened this link and every block site gets open Unblock All Sites
